Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund/Teams Policy

Before you schedule a 1-on-1 session, please read the following so that you understand our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and teams.

Tommie’s time is extremely valuable. Many times he’s booked solid days, weeks, or even months in advance. If you cancel, you understand that your valuable time slot likely cannot be refilled because when you schedule a time it is no longer available to someone else. It also becomes a missed opportunity for us as well because we cannot get that time back.


You understand and agree that you forfeit your session fee if you cancel for any reason. Please see refund policy below.


We understand sometimes life gets in the way. If you have an emergency, we will allow you to reschedule without additional payment as long as you contact us within 72 hours.

If you need to reschedule, the session you have already booked will not be refunded and you will be required to pay for an additional session if you do not contact us within 72 hours of your scheduled session.


There are ZERO refunds. If you cancel your session, you will not be refunded and you forfeit your session fee. Hopefully you understand why we do this. If not, then we recommend you do not schedule a session.


You can have up to 3 people join the session. These sessions are conducted via virtual conferencing using Goto Meeting. All you need to do is let us know in advance and share the Goto Meeting details you will receive with your other team members.
