Schedule Confirmed!

Here’s what you need to know…

1. I use Goto Meeting to conduct these sessions. You can call in or join on your computer.

2. Check your email for confirmation to make sure you received it. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled session as well as 15 minutes before and you will receive them via email. So if you did not get a confirmation email, you will not receive reminder emails.

3. If you decide to join from your computer, make sure whatever setup you normally use to conduct online meetings is working without issues.

4. Be sure to have a distraction and noise free environment. Ideally you should be in a quiet room so you can focus on our session without interruption.

5. Also bring any relevant items or information you believe we may need.
